| 26.1.2010 The Hamburg-based Conergy AG and MEMC Electronic Materials, Inc. have reached an out-of-court settlement of the lawsuit pending and have agreed on a further adjustment of the wafer supply contract, which originally amounted to $8 billion. Going forward, the volumes supplied by MEMC will be based on the requirements of Conergy’s solar plant in Frankfurt (Oder). The prices paid for wafers will be based on market prices.

| 11.1.2008 Up to the end of last year Conergy Ltd. realized the first 5 grid-connected projects of 100kW in Greece after the introduction of the new Greek feed-in-tariff law:
• 1 ILIOTROPIO energeia O.E.– Sidirokastro, Serres
• 1 NAIS O.E.– Patra
• 1 PANAGIOTIS HAMAKIOTIS & SIA Ε.Ε.- Kalavrita
• 2 ANDRIELOS- Kalamata
It is of great importance to mention that the first grid connected system of 100kW in Greece (ILIOTROPIO energeia O.E.) in Serres, has already been connected to the public grid.
